Baker Media exists because our founder, Simeon, started running ads for himself back in 2019, built around his own digital and physical products. Every euro of budget was his own, and that's how he learned the craft: skin in the game, long before this became a business. It's also where the passion for this work comes from.
Along the way he grew his own channels past a combined 100,000 followers, and that audience is exactly how the first clients arrived. He began creating content for brands, those brands started asking him to run their ads too, and Baker Media grew out of exactly that: creative and performance under one roof.

About Hoflehner Interiors
Hoflehner Interiors designs some of the most beautiful private interiors in Austria, from a luxury chalet in Kitzbühel to a lakeview apartment at Millstätter See. Stunning work, premium clients, and a portfolio that deserved a far bigger audience.
The goal: sales. Not likes, not reach for its own sake, but serious enquiries from the kind of clients who commission full projects. We built their Meta advertising from the ground up: a clean account structure, conversion-focused campaigns, and creative drawn from the projects we photograph and film for them on an ongoing basis.

About Chamäleon am Eisenberg
A wedding and events venue in the Eisenberg wine region of southern Burgenland. The setting is beautiful and the reputation is strong, but the digital side didn't reflect it: website traffic was low, and enquiries were minimal, coming in almost entirely through word of mouth, with no real way of tracking where potential clients came from.
The goal: a steady, predictable pipeline of wedding enquiries. We started with strategy: we defined clear ideal client profiles and the angles that would speak to them, then wrote ad copy for each of those angles. Using the photos and videos the venue already had, we turned that material into designed ads built around the strategy, set up a clean account structure with precise targeting around couples planning their wedding in Vienna and Burgenland, and ran it all efficiently. The results came within weeks, and their campaigns have been running with us ever since.

About myvanture
Austria's leading campervan rental company, helping modern travellers explore Europe freely. Their customer base was strong but very local, and the content was promotional and product-heavy: it showed the vans, not the life around them, and the brand stayed distant from the audience it wanted.
The goal: take myvanture beyond its local base and make it a known name across the wider European market. We built a social media strategy to make the brand feel human, adventurous, and relatable, connecting with the audience by showcasing the lifestyle itself rather than the product. Over 18 months we shot content all over Europe, produced a Europe-wide YouTube series, and ran Meta and Google ad campaigns that put the best of that content in front of new audiences: travel lovers, vanlife enthusiasts, and digital nomads.
