Private Residence Kitzbuehel

A private villa in Kitzbuehel designed by Hoflehner Interiors — one of those rare commissions where every room feels considered, effortless, and deeply connected to its setting. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames sweeping alpine views across the living spaces, while a marble feature wall and open-plan dining with fireplace ground the interior in luxury without formality. We photographed the property across seasons to capture both the warmth of summer light and the drama of the winter alpine backdrop.

From the high-ceilinged foyer with its curated artwork to the oak staircase, pop art hallway gallery, and bespoke ensuites with stone vessel sinks and mountain outlooks, this project demanded photography that could hold its own against the architecture. Detailed close-ups of boucle dining chairs, tufted headboards, and powder room marble pedestals complement the expansive architectural shots to deliver a complete picture of an exceptional home.
