Designed by Hoflehner Interiors, this modern Linz apartment strikes a confident balance between bold contemporary design and considered warmth. The centrepiece is a sweeping open-plan kitchen and living space anchored by a sculptural spiral staircase, with a custom blue-barstool island and striking mountain mural that sets the tone throughout. We photographed the full space — from wide architectural shots that capture the flow and scale, to close-up detail work that brings the craftsmanship to life.
Every room carries its own character: a backlit bar with integrated wine storage, mural-clad bedrooms with bespoke fitted wardrobes, and bathrooms finished in stone tile with knurled black hardware. The brief called for imagery that feels editorial yet liveable — photography that could work equally well for portfolio, press, and high-end real estate marketing.
